What We Did

Tereco’s technical team travelled from Cape Town to Douala, Cameroon in November 2019 for the installation and commissioning of Cameroon’s first ever Eco friendly roof tile manufacturing plant. The technicians were present for a period of 3 weeks in the west African country and successfully completed the training of all staff and commissioning of machinery to the satisfaction of the AMABO team. Conditions were extremely harsh with high temperatures and exhausting humidity.
Tereco’s technical engineer travelled early in January 2020 for the second time to Cameroon to assist and guide the AMABO team with further ideas and training to ensure the success of the company for the future. AMABO Cameroon is now running production and producing some of the most magnificent roof tiles we have seen yet.
